How long until you arrive?
Within Budapest usually 30–90 minutes, depending on traffic and where the car is. On the call we tell you who is coming and by when — no guessing.
How much does recovery cost?
From a flat base fee plus a per-kilometre rate: HUF 40,000 within Budapest, HUF 45,000 within Pest county up to 45 km, HUF 45,000 + 350/km nationwide, HUF 45,000 + 400/km abroad. Work yours out with the calculator.
Is it more expensive at night or at weekends?
No. There is no surcharge at night, at weekends or on public holidays — the same base fee and per-kilometre rate apply 24/7.
How do I pay?
You pay the partner doing the recovery, on the spot — they issue the invoice for the job, and you can ask for it in a company's name.
What should I say on the phone?
Where the car is (street, motorway kilometre marker or a nearby shop), the make and model, what happened, and where you want it taken. The registration plate speeds things up. Before calling, get to a safe place — on the motorway, behind the barrier.
What can I pay with?
By bank card, in cash or by bank transfer — to the partner doing the recovery, on the spot.
Is the transport insured?
Yes. Every partner has a valid licence and liability insurance — it's a condition of the partner contract, without it they get no work from us. With the invoice you can also claim from your own comprehensive or third-party insurer.
Do you come outside Budapest?
Yes — anywhere in Hungary and abroad too. Beyond the city limits distance also counts: the per-kilometre rate is added to the base fee, and the calculator shows you the amount up front.
